  1. Ricky Says:

Yeah O'd like to know what breweries will be there, Thanks

  2. Hello Says:

Would love to attend, but please list some of the breweries participating. Just saying “craft beet” ain’t enough.

  3. admin Says:

some of the breweries have been announced! more to come!

  4. C.R. Says:

Not a good start with those $5 per ticket fees…and is it 12-4 or 12-5? If you look, your listing says both. Come on now!

  5. CL1976 Says:

"Some breweries have been announced"?? I can't seem to find any info on this event except on this page. I assume you'll have delicious beer and after 2 it won't matter anyway, but it would be nice for those first couple to be Avery and not Anheuser

  6. R.M. Says:

Just to clarify… does unlimited pours mean all the beer is included in the ticket price, or does it just mean that I'm free to buy as many beers as I want? And are tickets available at the door?

  7. Jon Says:

Does the $25 include a certain number of pours or is that just the admission fee and then you pay a low price per beer?

  8. admin Says:

all the beer is included in the ticket price. tickets will be available at the door.

  9. admin Says:

Breweries confirmed so far: STRAND / LAGUNITAS / FIRESTONE / NEW BELGIUM / GREEN FLASH

  10. admin Says:

    12 – 4pm

  11. BRIAN LOPEZ Says:

do we buy tickets at the echo or echoplex?

  12. Billyb Says:

This seems pretty disorganized/badly planed. You know beer enthusiasts are gonna want all the details about breweries, cost of beer (per or Unlimited with entry) etc. Just give more info about the beer when you plan a beer event.

  13. edgar Says:

@Billyb those questions have responses in this thread. If you don’t like the answers, plan your own event. More beer for those of us who can handle a surprise/know how to spell “planned”. It’s a festival at a music venue. Chill out or go away.

  14. Maltman Says:

    @Edgar:
Realize you’re tapping into a demographic who takes their art very seriously, no not musicians, but beer enthusiasts. People who enjoy the craft of making and tasting beer. If you’re serious about hosting a craft beer festival, respect the game.

On the flip side, Bravo for helping to bring great beer to Angelenos. Portland shouldn’t be the only city that values this.

  15. Marc Says:

I just got an email about this at 8 PM the night before the event, sent to me because I went to the fall beer fest last November. Probably indicative of the poor planning that seems to have gone into this. Count me out.

Incidentally, the fall fest lasted at least several hours longer–I know I was there past 6 PM. It was more expensive, though.

  16. Jen Says:

Ummm…just got an email about this about an hour ago. If I had know more than 16 hours in advance that this was happening, I could have made plans to show up. Wasn't it longer last year? I remember leaving when it was dark out.

  17. Trina G. Says:

I know that this is a beer fest, but there are also bands playing. Is there a ticket option for folks who don’t drink beer and just want to attend the event for the music? I mean really, I’m a non-drinker and $25 just to get in is…steep.

Even the Vegan Beer fest coming up in West Hollywood has a non-beer drinking ticket option.
