No opening act. Just pure ABANDONED. Nearly four years to the day since the band’s final show in 2007, Los Abandoned will grace the stage for one night only, performing TWO separate sets spanning the full body of seminal work from their boundary breaking career.

This special event will be book ended by a Mucho dance party, with DJs spinning classic Latin Alternative dance favorites, 80s, Cumbia, and much more till 2 AM!

Los Abandoned disbanded in 2007 after seven years of laying down some of the most important Latin Alternative music in the United States. Nearly four years to the day after their final show at TarFest, the band has agreed to perform one last time as Los Abandoned, for their friends, fans, family and for themselves. After years of laying down some of the most important Latin Alternative music in the United States, everyone felt a proper farewell was in order.

Los Abandoned blazed a trail and set the water mark for “Spanglish” rocking Latin Alternative bands. Being tapped to tour with such Latin Alternative luminaries such as Julieta Venegas, Zoe, Cafe Tacuba, Molotov, in addition to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young, and opening the Bridge School Benefit for Paul McCartney. Gustavo Arellano wrote after their breakup that Los Abandoned “reflected the postmodern Latino experience better than any band ever.”

Los Abandoned will be performing TWO separate sets which will span the seminale body of work they created over the course of their career. Book ended by a Mucho dance party! DJs will be spinning classic Latin Alternative dance favorites, 80′s, Cumbia and much more till 2a.m.!
