Where can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online via Ticketweb.com or at Origami Vinyl next door to the Echo at 1816 West Sunset Blvd. Tickets are also available at the door (CASH ONLY) on nights that aren’t sold out.

What ID is required for 18+ and 21+ shows?
ID must be…..
1. authentic & currently valid (not expired, not punched etc)
2. have a photo and description of the person
3. have the birth date of the person
4. Be issued by a government, federal, state, or county agency

We cannot accept an expired ID with a renewal paper because they are considered “nonexistent” by the ABC

Acceptable forms of ID include:
Drivers license
passport
passport card
International Drivers License
Military ID

**we reserve the right to not accept any suspect form of ID**

Unacceptable forms of ID include:
school IDs
any expired IDs
any fake IDs
credit cards
paper renewal forms

Are tickets available at the door?
Yes (CASH ONLY) as long as the show is not sold out in advance.

Are there ATMs available?
Yes we have an ATM at each venue entrance. There is also a Bank of America 2 blocks East on Sunset Blvd and a Citibank 2 blocks West of the Echo on Sunset Blvd.

How do I pick up tickets from will call?
Bring a valid ID and the credit card used to the Box Office Will Call the night of the show.

Are tickets general admission?
Most of our shows are general admission but we do have some shows that are seated.

Are cameras allowed in the venue?
Non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue as long as the band/management has not specified otherwise at the door. All professional cameras need to be approved in advance by the band/venue and photographers need to sign a photo release.

Is the filming of shows permitted?
Filming is not permitted with any professional camera / tripod / board feed unless approved by the venue / mgmt in advance.

Are the Echo / Echoplex all ages venues?
All of our shows vary – some are all ages but we do have some shows that are 18+ and 21+. Please check our website for the age requirement for each individual show.

Where is the venue located?
The Echo is located at 1822 Sunset Blvd. (90026) in Echo Park. Cross street is Lemoyne Blvd.

Where is the entrance of the Echoplex?
The entrance to Echoplex is located on Glendale Blvd near the 1154 Glendale Blvd. (90026) storefront. It’s inbetween the Sunset Blvd bridge and the temple that’s at the corner of Park & Glendale by Echo Park Lake.

Is there venue parking? Is it free?
There is ample street parking in the area and most meters end at 9pm if not earlier. We also offer Valet for shows at Echoplex for a small fee.

Can I get food and drinks at your venue?
Yes! We have full bars in both Echo and Echoplex that accept cash and credit cards. We also serve Two Boots Pizza at both bars.

Is your venue Handicap accessible?
Our on site amenities are 100% handicap accessible. If special assistance is required please speak to a member of the staff upon arrival at the venue.

Are there any hotels nearby?
There are a number of hotels and motels in the nearby area in Chinatown, Silverlake, Echo Park, and Downtown. In addition the following hotels have great rates for Echo/plex patrions:

1 King Room (1 – 2 guests) = $78.00 + Tax
2 Beds (1 – 4 guests) = $80.00 + Tax

The rates above will be available for the rest of 2011 and for 2012 and will not increase during high traveling seasons. The only dates these rates are not available are: Dec 29, 30 and 31 of 2011 / Jan 01 and 02 of 2012 / May 18, 19 and 20 of 2012 and Dec 29, 30 and 31 of 2012.
